We try to achieve the crack- and contamination-free transfer of two-dimensional materials for high-performance 2D material and heterostructure devices.

Such method would provide the interesting 2D materials with best crystalline quality; therefore we are forcing on the synthesis of large crystals of new layered materials, including insulator, ferromagnetic and ferroelectric materials.
