The weak van der Waals interaction between 2D layers enable the facile integration of layered materials for fabricating  van der Waals heterostructure with novel electronic and optoelectronic properties. Based on the novel transfer techniques, we focus on the combination of insulator as well as ferromagnetic and ferroelectric materials for new-concept devices and circuits.
