Based on the understanding of thermodynamic and kinetics, we use the chemical vapor deposition approach, preparing wafer-sized graphene single crystals free of grain boundaries, impurities, and wrinkles. Super-clean graphene, twisted bilayer graphene, and nitrogen-cluster doped graphene have been achieved for diverse applications.
